Leg Trainer is an app created by the famous sports tool Runtastic to do activities centered on developing or strengthening your leg muscles. In it you'll find a wide range of possibilities for working out according to your needs, with more than 50 tutorials where your virtual guide will direct you through all types of exercises.

With this tool, you can concentrate on defining and toning your thighs or calves, and you can do it anywhere. All you need is seven minutes to complete a full exercise chart. You'll have three different intensity and difficulty levels so you can follow a workout that's appropriate for your fitness level. Although Leg Trainer has a lot of workout combinations, you can create your own chart by adding as many activities as you want. This way, it makes it easier to focus on your goals, from toning your inner thighs to overall weight-loss.

The instructions for each exercise are developed step by step, and you have a certain amount of time to complete them in front of your device, where you can see how your guide does the moves so you can imitate them perfectly. If you feel you're finished before time runs out or you just don't want to do the exercise, you can skip to the next one by tapping on the screen.

As you go through the exercises, a graph is generated with your workout results that you can use to track your progress.
